REGISTRATION

Class registration is on a First-Come-First-Serve basis. There are three ways to register: fax, mail, or at our web page.

1. Online: Use the online form to register for a class. Registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

2. Fax: Print and complete the registration form and fax it to 614.771.0769, attention training department. Registration will be confirmed by fax.

3. Mail: You may also print and use the registration form and mail it to:

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be received at least five (5) working days prior to program starting date in order to avoid a $100.00 cancellation fee.

COST

Class fees are shown along with program descriptions. We will accept purchase orders from open accounts, major credit cards (Visa & Master Card), and company checks.

LODGING, MEALS, & TRANSPORTATION

All students are responsible for their own lodging and meals including lunch.  Some facilities offer student discounts. Each student is responsible for their own transportation to and from the training center, motels, and airports.  For local hotel and restaurant information at each location, please choose your location from this map.

DAILY SCHEDULE

All classes will be held from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. One hour will be allowed for lunch.

PARKING

Student parking is provided at each training facility. Please park in the appropriate areas to avoid being towed.

MANUALS

Service manuals are provided through Auto-Subscribe and INTERCEPT. QuickServe Online manuals or materials requested by the student can be purchased at an additional charge.

DRESS CODE

Shorts, sandals (flip-flops), and sleeveless shirts are not considered appropriate clothing.

SAFETY 

Safety glasses are required in the lab (hands on) area and should be provided by the student. Safety shoes are recommended.

RECOGNITION

Cummins Qualification Certificates are awarded for satisfactory completion of required programs. All prerequisites must be completed before the certificate will be awarded.
