Delivery
Once you have your event planned and your power needs
are satisfied, you will need to decide how to get the equipment to your
location. We have several options to choose from. Consider the following:
Customer Pick up:
If you have a truck equipped to tow the generator set, you are welcome
to pick the equipment up at our office.
Drive and Drop:
All equipment is delivered to the job site by a third party. Moving
equipment from the original drop point, set up and tear down is your
responsibility. All generators below 200kW are trailer and mounted and
can be moved with a fork truck or vehicle with a pindle hitch. Pick
up of equipment is also done by a third party. All cable must be disconnected,
coiled up and placed at the pick up site by you.
Delivery/Setup:
All equipment is delivered to the job site and set up as requested.
This includes placement of the generator(s), stringing the cable, hooking
up distribution panels and verifying operation. Tear down of the equipment
including cable and distribution panels is included.
Total Service:
Same as option #2, however, a Generator Field Service Technician will
be on-site during the event(s). The technician will arrive prior to
the event and depart following the event. The technician will have typical
service parts available in case of an emergency including fuel filters
and printed circuit boards.
